In the Midst of Preparations

I haven't had much time to write because I am in the midst of getting everything and everyone ready for a two and half week trip to the East Coast. On the itinerary for the trip is two weddings, a visit with my college roommate, a week with my sister and her kids, two weeks in Oak Island to help oversee construction of my parent's new house, and two whole nights away from my kids.

Let's be honest, the one thing that is taking me the most time trying to figure out is what am I going to wear to all these events. Of course, I had to buy a new dress. Anyways, we are counting down the hours over here until we leave for the airport on Thursday morning.
