Whitaker's First Days at Home

We brought Whitaker home on Friday afternoon and our family feels complete. The biggest unknown with adding to the family was Mae's reaction. Despite us being in the "honeymoon" phase still, Mae has seemed pretty agreeable to having Baby Whit around and sharing Mom and Dad's attention. She "pets" him and tells us how "soft" he is. She also is willing to give him kisses and wants to see him in the morning and during the day. Grandma and Papa Kogut also came to town to meet their newest grandbaby. It was great to introduce them and look forward to the next week of having them around.
